Soccer All Stars
- Application Form
To apply for a team here in Soccer
All Stars you need to fill out this application form to the best
of your ability. Remember, we want quality applications and are
not afraid to dismiss your application if we feel it's not good
enough. Please ensure you have read, understood and agreed to all
Terms & Conditions before submitting your application.
Failure to do so will result in your applications immediate termination.
If your application is accepted then
the Executive Board will reply offering you a team(s) in which they
feel is 'worthy' of your application. You will then have the opportunity
to accept and then participate in the league.
Password
This is needed due to security and protection. When submitting forms
we need to know that it is YOU and not someone trying to clone you.
Use the password for ALL forms provided around the site!
Managers Name
This is obviously the name of your manager. However only original
names are accepted. That means you CAN'T have your manager named
as 'Alex Ferguson' or 'Marcello Lippi' etc. This also sort of includes
your own/real name. We prefer made up names, such as ScreamKing
or Maverick for example. Try to avoid putting numbers or funny characters
in your name such as ?SK&24.
Manager Personality
This should be filled with information of what your managers personality
is like. Things you could and should consider including are his
temperament in different situations, his attitude towards players,
clubs, football in general etc. The more detailed this is, the better
your application becomes.
Manager Appearance
This should be filled with information of what your manager looks
like. Things you could and should include are his race, his type
of clothes, his height, weight, age, etc. The more detailed this
is, the better your application becomes.
Other Information
This should be filled with any other information about your manager
that doesn't fit into the above criteria. Things that could be included
are background information on your managers life, ambitions etc.
A biography of his life should go here.
Other Characters
This is a section which is optional! It can be filled with information
on any background staff at your club such as Assistant Managers,
Coaches, Scouts, Wives, Close Friends etc... Names, ages and brief
descriptions would be a good idea. These characters are meant to
be used in your Role-Plays in the future, therefore, it's no real
use naming a complete backroom staff if we're never going to see
them in the game!
Sample
Role-play
This is the main core of your application. This essentially will
determine whether you are accepted or not. Remember we are looking
for absolute quality, not quantity. The sample RP can be on anything
you want to do with football and if you've never RP'd before then
