These games are decided over 2 legs with the aggregate score deciding which 12 team passes through to the next round. The losing 12 teams over the two legs are knocked out of the competition. If the scores remain tied after two legs, the away goals rule, golden goal extra time and then penalty shoot out's will decide the tie.

2nd Round: The 12 teams that qualified from the 1st Round are then randomly drawn against each other providing 6 matches. These games are decided over 2 legs with the aggregate score deciding which 6 teams pass through to the next round. The losing 6 teams over the two legs are knocked out of the competition.  If the scores remain tied after two legs, the away goals rule, golden goal extra time and then penalty shoot out's will decide the tie.

Group Stages: The 6 teams that qualified from the 2nd Round are then randomly drawn into two 'Super Groups' titled 'Group A' and 'Group B'. Each group consists of 3 teams.
