Soccer All Stars English League
The Soccer All Stars League, the most competitive fantasy league in the world. From the managerial superstars that manage the teams to the players playing for them, this is the finest league competition around. The Soccer All Stars league is split over 4 Divisions - each boasting 6 teams and a figure that from Season 3, will rise to 8 teams!

From Season 3, they'll be 32 teams in Soccer All Stars. An increase of 8 teams and because of this, the standard promotion and relegation, which would normally see most Divisions have 2 teams promoted and 2 teams relegated, has had to been modified for Season 2 to allow expansion for Season 3.

COMPETITION STRUCTURE:

Divisions - There are 4 Divisions in Soccer All Stars titled '1', '2', '3' and '4'. Each division consists of 6 teams. The same rules apply to all Divisions with a side collecting 3 points for a victory, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a defeat. Each team plays the opposing teams twice, both at a home and away venue.

PROMOTIONS

Division 1
- There are no teams promoted from Division 1. Instead, the winners of Division 1 are declared Soccer All Stars Champions. The side that are declared Champions then qualify onto the SAS Champions Cup.

Division 2 - The teams that finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place respectively are all promoted to the Soccer All Stars Division 1. The team that finishes in 1st place are declared Division 2 Champions. The side that are declared Champions then qualify onto the SAS Champions Cup.

Division 3 - The teams that finish in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place respectively are all promoted to the Soccer All Stars Division 2. The team that finishes in 1st place are declared Division 3 Champions. The side that are declared Champions then qualify onto the SAS Champions Cup.

Division 4 - All 6 teams from the 4th Division are promoted to the Soccer All Stars Division 4. The team that finishes in 1st place are declared Division 4 Champions. The side that are declared Champions then qualify onto the SAS Champions Cup.

Non-League - 8 teams are promoted from a non-league status into Division 4 for Season 3.

RELEGATIONS

Division 1 - The team that finishes in 6th place are relegated to the Soccer All Stars Division 2.

Division 2 - The team that finishes in 6th place are relegated to the Soccer All Stars Division 3.

Division 3 - There are no relegations from Division 3 this season.

Division 4 - There are no relegations from Division 4 this season.

MATCH DAY RULES
The participating sides are permitted to name 11 outfield players and 7 substitutes of which 3 can be used at anytime during the game.
A side can pick up a maximum of 3 points for a victory, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a defeat.

NOTE
From next season, the promotions and relegations will revert back to how they were in Season 1 with this seasons promotions and relegations benefiting the expansion from 24 to 32 teams for Season 3.
